  3. Citizens Fire Academy

    October 11, 2021, 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

    The West Fargo Fire Department is now accepting applications for the first Citizens Fire Academy. This session will run 6-8 p.m. on Mondays from Oct. 4 to Nov. 8. Applications are due Friday, Sept. 24, and can be found online at This free, six-week program is designed to give citizens the opportunity to experience the daily work of the West Fargo Fire Department. Participants have the opportunity to participate in activities like classroom training, ride-a-longs and real-life scenario drills. Participants will gain a better understanding of the West Fargo Department’s operations, capabilities and responsibilities.
