Can I apply online for a library card?

Individuals interested in accessing only the library's online resources can apply online for a West Fargo Public Library E-card. E-cardholders have access to many of the same resources as full-access library cardholders, including:

  • Digital Books & Media: Download or stream e-books, audiobooks, magazines, music, & movies
  • Databases: Access online genealogy resources, consumer information, scholarly journals, & encyclopedias
  • Online Learning: Sign up for an online class, learn a new language, or get homework help from a live tutor
  • In-Library Computers: Use the public desktop computers in the library
