Who can get a card?

Library cards will be issued to residents of West Fargo and the West Fargo school district (including Horace and Harwood), West Fargo property owners, and employees of the West Fargo school district and the City of West Fargo at no charge. Residents of Fargo and Moorhead may obtain a card at no charge if they present a library card from either the Fargo Public Library or Lake Agassiz Regional Library (LARL). Others may obtain borrowing privileges for a $5.00 annual fee.

Children are invited to obtain their own library cards. Applications (PDF) for children under 14 must be signed by a parent or guardian who assumes full responsibility for any materials used by their children. The parent must provide identification and proof of current address.
