Construction crews plan to set bridge beams Wednesday, March 13, and Friday, March 15, for the new Sheyenne Diversion bridge south of I-94 on Sheyenne Street. Crews will unload and set four bridge beams between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. Wednesday, March 13, for the north span of the bridge. On Friday, March 15, two additional beams will be delivered and set between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. This schedule may change due to weather.
During the delivery, trucks will be stopped in the southbound lane while they are unloading. Flaggers will be present to assist with traffic during the delivery and setting, but motorists are encouraged to avoid the area or expect delays on Sheyenne Street during these times frames.
