Water service to residents along Golden Spike Road, Horseshoe Circle and Hidden Circle and connecting roads will be shut off from 8 a.m.-noon Friday, Nov. 9. The water shut off will allow crews working on the Sheyenne Street segment 2 project to complete water tie-ins on the project.

This closure is part of the City of West Fargo’s Sheyenne Street reconstruction project that will improve traffic safety and efficiency on a stretch of Sheyenne Street from 13th Avenue W. to 40th Avenue W. This segment of the project from Beaton Drive to 32nd Avenue W. will increase roadway capacity from one lane in each direction to three lanes in each direction. It also includes the installation of traffic signals at major intersections, utility improvements and the addition of a pedestrian underpass at the intersection of Sheyenne Street and 32nd Avenue W. The two-year project began in 2018 and coincides with the North Dakota Department of Transportation’s I-94 interchange reconfiguration project.
