[ARCHIVED] Twelfth Avenue NW and Main Avenue W. lane reductions Saturday, Sept. 30 for special event

SPECIAL EVENT CLOSURE - SOND Truck Convoy (PNG)

Twelfth Avenue NW, westbound from 9th Street NE to Mapleton, and Main Avenue W., eastbound from I94 to 9th Street NE, will experience intermittent lane reductions from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 30, 2023, for Special Olympics North Dakota’s Truck Convoy.

The convoy will move at posted speed limits with traffic control provided by area law enforcement agencies. Adjacent intersections will be briefly impacted as the convoy progresses. Local business access will be maintained.

Motorists in these areas may encounter congestion and delays during the event and should adjust their travel plans accordingly. Always use the ‘S’ check when traveling in and around event areas – check your speed, space and stress.

The Street and Event Closing Permit is requested through the City of West Fargo’s website. The application must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the event.
