The eastbound lane of 23rd Avenue E will close from 6th Street E to Bluestem Drive for private utility work beginning Tuesday, Sept. 12. Work is anticipated to be complete by Monday, Sept. 25, pending weather conditions.
A detour route will be in place directing motorists to travel south on 6th Street E, and east on 26th Avenue E to reach Bluestem Drive or Veterans Boulevard.
