The City of West Fargo is closed Monday, Sept. 4, 2023, in observance of Labor Day. There is no garbage or recycling collection on that day. Monday and Tuesday garbage collection will occur Tuesday, Sept. 5. Recycling service is delayed by one day all week. The West Fargo City Commission meeting will be held Tuesday, Sept. 5, 2022, instead of Monday.

On Monday, Sept. 4, all municipal government buildings are closed to the public, including City Hall, Public Library, Sanitation, Public Works and the Transfer Station. Public safety agencies are in full operation but the West Fargo Police and Fire Department buildings are closed.
