Thirteenth Avenue, between Prairie Parkway and Sheyenne Street, will experience lane reductions for asphalt mill and overlay beginning Monday, Aug. 21. Eastbound traffic will be reduced to a single lane. Intersections adjacent to the repairs will be impacted. Work is anticipated to be complete by Friday, Aug. 25, pending weather conditions.
