[ARCHIVED] West Fargo Police Department arrests juvenile suspect for robbery

At approximately 5:56 p.m., Saturday, June 17, the West Fargo Police Department responded to a report of a stabbing in the 1400 block of 13th Avenue E. Upon arrival, officers discovered an individual had been stabbed in the forearm while using an ATM located outside the building. 

Following a short foot pursuit, officers quickly apprehended the juvenile male suspect. As the suspect is a juvenile, his name and age will not be released. The suspect is facing a number of charges including robbery and fleeing. This is an ongoing investigation and no further comment can be provided at this time. Additional charges are possible. 

The stabbing victim was treated on scene and received additional care for injuries at a local hospital. The West Fargo Police Department was assisted by the West Fargo Fire Department and Sanford Ambulance.
