At approximately 8 p.m. Tuesday, May 30, the Red River Valley SWAT team conducted a high-risk search warrant near the 200 block of 9 ½ Avenue W. 

Fabian Edwin Scott, a 19-year-old male from West Fargo, North Dakota, was arrested following the use of a Flash Sound Diversionary Device. Scott is facing multiple charges including murder and strong arm robbery, both felonies. 

This remains an ongoing investigation and no further comment is available at this time. This case has been referred to the Cass County State’s Attorney’s Office.
