An individual has been charged in connection to a residential structure fire that took place in the 500 block of 17th Street E. on Jan. 10, 2023.
Nicholas Fradet, a 31-year-old male from West Fargo, North Dakota, was charged with one count of endangering by fire or explosion and one count of animal cruelty, both of these charges are Class C felonies.
