At approximately 5:29 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 11, the West Fargo Police Department attempted to stop a vehicle for a traffic violation near the 1200 block of 7th Avenue NE. The suspect vehicle had recently fled from another local agency. 

After officers attempted to stop the vehicle, it fled south on Sheyenne Street engaging in a pursuit. The suspect vehicle became immobilized in a ditch in the 1500 block of 40th Avenue W. Two suspects were apprehended at the immobilized vehicle and an additional suspect fled on foot into a nearby field. After a foot pursuit, the West Fargo Police Department apprehended the remaining suspect. 

Diona Lafontaine, a 33-year-old female with no permanent address, was arrested on multiple warrants. Delano Minor, a 37-year-old male from West Fargo, North Dakota, was arrested for multiple warrants, fleeing and driving under suspension. Leslielyn Stevens, a 28-year-old female from Fargo, North Dakota, was arrested for multiple warrants. Additional charges are possible.
