[ARCHIVED] City of West Fargo buildings and offices closing at 1 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 15

Winter Weather Preparation (Facebook)

Due to winter storm and road conditions, all City of West Fargo offices and buildings are closing at 1 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 15. Snowplow crews efforts will continue snow removal efforts 24/7 and all public safety agencies will be in full operation to protect and serve the residents of West Fargo.

City officials encourage residents to remain off the roads if possible. They are also stressing the importance of moving all vehicles off city streets to ensure efficient and effective snow removal operations. If residents must drive, it is essential to stay at least 5 car lengths behind the plow. For more tips on sharing the road with snowplows, visit the ND DOT’s Don’t Crowd the Plow brochure.

To stay updated on closures, check the City of West Fargo’s website (www.westfargond.gov) and follow the City of West Fargo on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Nextdoor.
