[ARCHIVED] West Fargo Police Department dispatched to reported bar theft

At approximately 10:25 a.m. Monday, July 5, 2021, West Fargo Police Department officers were dispatched to a report of a theft at Bar Nine, 1405 Prairie Parkway, West Fargo, North Dakota. 

Upon arrival, officers made contact with the owner of Bar Nine who relayed to officers that a male patron had entered an unopened area of Bar Nine with an unknown female the previous day. While in the unopened area of Bar Nine the male retrieved two beers from a bar cooler and left Bar Nine without paying for them. The incident was captured on Bar Nine surveillance cameras. The total reported loss is $10.00. 

The suspect has been positively identified in this case and a report has been forwarded to the West Fargo City Attorney for consideration of charges of Theft of Property, in violation of West Fargo Municipal Ordinance 12-0205, a Class B Misdemeanor.
