The City of West Fargo’s telephone provider, Consolidated Communications, has a fiber cut that is causing severe disruptions. This means West Fargo City Hall, West Fargo Police Department, West Fargo Fire Department, the Public Works Department, and the West Fargo Public Library’s incoming and outbound calls will not work. In an emergency, dial 9-1-1.

Time frame for the problem to be fixed is anticipated to be resolved by tomorrow. We encourage the public to follow the cities social media channels for an update on when the phones will be back up and running.
