At approximately 11 a.m., Saturday, Feb. 20, 2021, the West Fargo Police Department received a report of vandalism that occurred in the overnight hours of Friday, Feb. 19, 2021, at Shades of Grey Tattoos. Upon arrival, officers saw the windows of the business were shot. The building was unoccupied at the time of the shots being fired and there were no injuries.
