West Fargo municipal buildings, including City Hall and the West Fargo Public Library will close at noon today due to weather conditions and the predicted forecast. All nonessential personnel will be sent home. Emergency personnel, like the West Fargo Fire Department and West Fargo Police Department, will continue working. Garbage and recycling services will continue with normal hours. The Transfer Station will also close to the public effective at noon today.
