Intersection of Fourth Avenue E. and Second Street E. closed Monday, Sept. 21, for emergency water l

Due to a water leak, the intersection of Fourth Avenue E. and Second Street E. is closed through 5 p.m. Monday, Sept. 21, 2020, for emergency repairs. Water will also be shut off to properties surrounding the road closure during the repairs.
