[ARCHIVED] 10 a.m. April 14, 2020-West Fargo PD and FD rescue man from watered ditch

At 2:29 a.m. on Tuesday, April 14, 2020, officers with the West Fargo Police Department responded to the area of 21st Ave. W. and 15th St W., on a report of a vehicle in a ditch.  

When officers arrived on scene a vehicle was located in the ditch. The suspected driver of the vehicle was located at the water’s edge and officers pulled him from the water. The ditch contained approximately four feet of water. The male was not injured from the vehicle entering the ditch. He was transported to a local hospital and his condition is unknown at this time.  

The male’s name will not be released and there aren’t any criminal charges. This matter remains under investigation by the West Fargo Police Department.
