The West Fargo United event planned for 5:30-8 p.m. today has been postponed due to inclement weather.
More information regarding a new date will be posted at a later time. The West Fargo Police Department and Fargo Police Department invite the community to West Fargo United 5:30-8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 27, 2021, in the L.E. Berger Elementary School outdoor field, 631 4th Ave. E., West Fargo. The event will feature food, activities and giveaways to help the community interact with each other and the police departments.
DPB, the positive rap artist who has collaborated with the departments, will perform at the event and interact with attendees. There will also be bouncy houses, and an opportunity to take on police officers in a tug of war, pie-eating and basketball. There will also be free all-beef hot dogs, popcorn and snow cones until supplies run out. Prizes will be given away throughout the night, including brand-new youth bicycles.
This free event is made possible through the generous support of First Lutheran Church of Fargo, United Way of Cass Clay, Costco Wholesale, Cash Wise Foods, Hornbacher’s, Sysco, Meats by John and Wayne, Sam’s Club and Pepsi.
