Street Fair Location Changed

After an overwhelming response, we are excited to announce our selections for West Fargo Street Fair vendors. The huge amount of excitement about this event truly made the decision process a lengthy and difficult one. We were expecting to have maybe 50 retailers at the street fair, but after receiving nearly 120 awesome applications, we decided to up the number to 70! Our decision was based on the variety of applications we received, with an emphasis on crafters, artists and those providing unique activities for attendees.

The application window is now closed for the 2019 West Fargo Street Fair. Please consider applying for our 2020 event or watch out for other area opportunities.

The event will take place on June 8, 2019. Vendors will be featured and able to sell from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. 10 x 10 booth spaces will be available. Vendors are asked to provide their own tables, chairs, tents, canopies, etc. The City of West Fargo will supply shared portable bathrooms and garbage receptacles.   

Complete an application by Monday, April 1, 2019, for consideration. All applications must be completed in their entirety to be considered for participation. All applications received will be reviewed for approval by City of West Fargo staff. Receipt of your application does not guarantee participation. To be considered, the completed application must be received by city staff no later and 5 p.m. Monday, April 1, 2019. Chosen vendors/exhibitors will be notified on or before April 5, 2019. More information will be provided to chosen vendors/exhibitors with notification of acceptance. A one-time payment of $75 per 10 x 10 booth space is due with your application.
