WarningSum:...Wind Advisory Remains In Effect Until 9 Pm Cdt This Evening...

Warning Message:A Wind Advisory remains in effect until 9 PM CDT this evening. 
South winds of 25 to 35 mph with gusts to 45 mph will develop this
morning and continue into early evening over eastern North Dakota
and the Red River valley. Winds will slowly subside overnight.
A Wind Advisory means that sustained winds of 30 mph or frequent
gusts to 45 mph are expected. Winds this strong can make driving
difficult...especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra
caution.
