Press Release

On 11/07/17 at approximately 3:21 pm, West Fargo Officers received a call about a reckless driver in a tan car ramming and following another vehicle in the Northeast part of West Fargo.  Both vehicles were located by West Fargo Officers in the area of 10th St. NE / 600 block.  The suspect vehicle was unoccupied and witnesses stated the female driver was seen running North from that location.  The occupants of the other vehicle knew who the other driver was.  West Fargo Officers set up a perimeter and a K9 track was started.  During the track, one officer rolled his ankle and received minor injury.  He was treated and released for his injury.  The Suspect, April Bergman (age 41) was located in a shop nearby and was arrested for Reckless Endangerment, Criminal Mischief and Driving Under Suspension.  This incident remains under investigation but the West Fargo Police believe the parties involved knew each other and there is no danger to public.
