From West Fargo Pioneer: New Perspective holds ribbon-cutting event

New Perspective Senior Living unveiled its West Fargo location, the company's first in North Dakota, with a ribbon-cutting event and reception with city mayor Rich Mattern on Thursday, Aug. 24.

"We see the senior population as an under-served market in Fargo-Moorhead," New Perspective Senior Living President and CFO Ryan Novaczyk said in a press release. "We have something unique to offer this group, and we are excited to bring our programs, services and amenity-rich building to this community."

The 130,000 square-foot development at 645 33rd Ave East has 131 apartments with a mix of 83 independent and assisted living options. The Betty's Harbor memory care neighborhood, which opened in the spring, can support up to 48 residents. New Perspective could employ about 100 team members when fully staffed.
