If you have any questions or concerns with a current City construction project please contact the Engineering Department at wfconst@mooreengineeringinc.com. Concerns with specific new building issues should be addressed to the Building Inspections Department.

Older infrastructure issues: street lights being out, potholes, damaged street signs etc. should be addressed to the Public Works Department at (701) 433-5400.

City Administrator Duties


  • Presents recommendations and information to enable the City Commission to make decisions on matters of policy
  • Responding promptly and positively to all inquiries and requests of citizens
  • Disseminating information regarding City activities
  • Providing input on regional, state and federal issues which affect the City of West Fargo
  • Conducting audits and studies of fiscal procedures and transactions within the City
  • Maintaining a sound fiscal position for the City through the preparation of the annual budget
  • Providing continuous monitoring of financial conditions of the City
