Officers arrest suspect in early morning pursuit


At 12:50 a.m. Friday, Feb. 15, 2019, officers attempted to stop a stolen vehicle in the 3800 block of Main Ave in Fargo and the vehicle fled. Officers were able to use a tire deflation device early in the pursuit to slow the vehicle down.
